The first time you visit Tabernacle Baptist Church, you'll feel that you've
come "home". We're the down home, country church where you can feel
loved and accepted. We believe the Bible message is relevant for today. Through an understanding of Bible truths,
we can know the will of God for our lives and fulfill His purpose. We are not caught up on form or fashion - just come
as you are!
Our worship services focus on praising God through music, prayer and preaching. The Praise Team performs to an audience of one - Jesus. Through
preaching, prayer and fellowship, we learn to live the message and exercise the will of God for our lives. The message
is simple: God changes lives. Those who call on Jesus' name will never be the same.
Children and teens are an important part of our membership. We offer Sunday School classes
and a Children's Church at each worship service. Youth activities include the Back-to-School Bash, Teen Revival, Acquire
the Fire, a summer Christian youth camp, as well as other monthly activities. TBC has a Van Ministry
to help those who need a ride to church.

There are numerous blessings to gain by joining the ladies ministry, nursing home ministry
and holiday food drives. You can make a difference at TBC!
A Note from the Pastor
What is your life? It is but a vapor…. Someone said,
“Time flies when
you’re having fun!” I’m not always sure about the
“fun” part of that, but I do know God
has designed our lives to be blessed and joy-filled regardless of how the terrain may
look. Our ministry is to provide a safe haven where for
a few moments’ people
that are
hurting, troubled, or seeking, can drop anchor and experience a renewal that can only come
at the "haven of rest", Jesus. Over
the past years, we’ve seen weary souls saved, believers
take brave and bold steps into a new walk and broken hearts mended; they just needed a touch from the Master! Our volunteer
staff has a heart and focus on
living and teaching the gospel message.
That’s what is so exciting about our church.
People from every walk of life working,
living and loving Christ together. So what are you waiting for? I’d
